The "Robin" in Robin Talks Science

Robin Bonné (30, BE) is a biophysicist and science communicator. He did a PhD and postdoc in the wonderful world of cable bacteria - tiny microbes that live in the mud and can conduct electricity. During his scientific career he took part in different science dissemination projects, from giving talks for laymen audiences. to and writing popular science articles and taking interviews for Belgian and Dutch radio and television.

Trained as a scientist and a science teacher, and with 15 years of (improv) theatre experience, Robin knows how storytelling and stage precence can make the difference between an ok presentation and a bomb of a science story.
